My Challenge To All Carrot Lovers….

Here is my beef with carrots….. I DESPISE BABY CARROTS IN PRE MADE PACKAGES!!!!!  If this is the only kind of carrots your kids or you as an adult have had I challenge you to take the 5 extra minutes to peel and cut your own carrots.  It is AMAZING the difference in flavor.  Baby bagged carrots are more like biting into crunchy water.  Fresh, peel it yourself carrots are surprisingly sweet and sooo…… yummy.  You owe this to your kids and yourself.
***TIP: Put your kids to work in the kitchen.  I had my niece peel our carrots (with supervision) for Thanksgiving dinner and she “A” loved being with the adults in the kitchen and “B” gave her some self pride in knowing she made the carrot dish and it tasted great!

I’m posting just 4 large carrots peeled and chopped to show you how much bang for your buck you can get when buying peel your own large carrots vs an expensive bag of baby carrots.
