Changing up your food "playbook"

Remoulade Sauce

Remoulade Sauce

 

Cooking Time: 5-10 minutes; Yields 12-24 people

 

Ingredients

1 cup mayonnaise
2 Tablespoons whole grain mustard
2 Tablespoons ketchup
1 lemon (juice)
2-3 Tablespoons worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup green onions
1/4 cup parsley
2-3 cloves garlic (fresh)
1 teaspoon paprika
2-4 teaspoons Franks hot sauce
1/4 teaspoon coarse black pepper
1/2 teaspoon horseradish (be careful it is very strong)
1 pinch kosher salt

Cooking Instructions
 

1. Place all ingredients into the food processor and puree until combined;
***TIP: a blender would work too if you don’t have a food processor
2. Serve with crab cakes and mixed greens
3. Enjoy!!!
