Ingredients
Ganache
1 cup heavy cream
12 oz semi sweet chocolate chips
Filling
3.4 oz box french vanilla instant pudding
1 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1/4 cup milk
1/2 cup sour cream
Cupcake Mixture
1 box yellow cupcakes, bake according to box instructions
Cupcakes
1 Preheat oven according to cupcake box instructions
2. Butter and flour cupcake pan
3. Mix all ingredients together according to cupcake box in the mixer and pour into cupcake pan
4. Bake cupcakes according to box instructions and remove and cool prior to handling
Ganache
1. Heat heavy cream in sauce a pan until it comes to a boil, then remove from heat
2. Once the heavy cream is removed from the heat, slowly add semi sweet chocolate chips until it is fully combined and let it cool a little
3. Dip the tops of the cooled cupcakes into the ganache and place back onto cooling racks to dry
Filling
1. In your mixer add your whisk attachment and mix together pudding, heavy whipping cream, powdered sugar, milk, and sour cream. Beat on medium speed until stiff peaks form
2. Cut halfway into each cupcake and pipe filling into the opening
3. Refrigerate until ready to serve
