Pumpkin Dip

Pumpkin Dip

Cooking Time 5 Minutes; Yields 12 People

Ingredients
4 cups powder sugar
16 oz cream cheese
15 oz pumpkin
2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp ground ginger
1 box ginger snaps

Cooking Instructions

1. In your kitchen aid mixer (or hand held mixer) place the whisk attachment on instead of the paddle attachment
2. Place all ingredients into the bowl and start the mixer on low.  Slowly add speed from low to medium high speed.  Start slow so you don’t fling powder sugar everywhere when mixing.
3. Once everything is combined thoroughly pour into a serving bowl.  Serves best with ginger snap cookies!!!!
4. Enjoy!!!
TIP: with this recipe I half it when it is just Tanner and I because it makes a large amount!
