An Apple a Day Keeps the Doctor Away….

Apples With Cheese

Cooking Time 5 Minutes; Yields 4-6 People

Ingredients
1-2 SweeTango Apple (red), thin slices
1 block Gouda Parrano Cheese (aged 60 days or more), thin slices

Cooking Instructions

1. Clean your apple or apples and cut into slices
***TIP: when slicing an apple don’t try to cut through the skin of the apple because your knife can slip.  Flip the apple over an cut through the meaty part of the apple, it is so….much safer!
2. After you have finished slicing your apple it is time to cut your gouda into slices.  Remove the rind and just slice.
3. Pair these two together and you will never eat an apple without it again!!!
4. Enjoy!!!
