  1. In my house we LOVE breakfast for dinner. Normally this rib sticking meal comes into play when we haven’t planned well for the week and need to make something fast.
  2. Turn your oven on to 375 degrees F. Line a sheet ban with parchment paper, and place the frozen biscuits 2 inches apart on the pan. I normally cook 12 biscuits at a time. Place them in the oven and cook for 20-28 minutes or until golden brown.
  3. While the biscuits are doing their thing, lets start the gravy. But before I do, I would like to say I have received a TON of complements on my biscuits and gravy. One coming from a dear friend that considers herself a biscuit and gravy connoisseur…thanks Goldsmith! Seriously not trying to boast, I just want y’all to understand it is that easy to make good biscuits and gravy!
  4. Ok here we go. Place a large sauté pan over medium to medium high heat. Add your sausage to the pan and brown.
  5. Once the sausage is fully cooked, sprinkle the flour over the sausage. Lower the heat to medium, and cook the flour/sausage mixture for 3-5 minutes. Make sure you stir frequently otherwise the flour can burn.
  6. Add milk, and stir to combine.
  7. Add salt and pepper and continue to stir frequently until the mixture comes to a a slight boil.
  8. Taste your gravy to see if the seasoning needs to be adjusted. I personally like a lot of black pepper in mine, so I normally add another pinch of pepper.
  9. I like my gravy on the thick side, but if it seems too thick for you just add a little milk to thin it out. There you have it….you made gravy!
  10. Pull out your biscuits, and pull apart into halves. Spoon gravy over each half and enjoy this hearty breakfast!!
  11. ***TIP: I also like to add a couple dashes of crystals hot sauce on my biscuits and gravy to spice it up. Don’t knock it until you try it!!
