Supporting youth sports are one of the wonderful perks about being married to a pro athlete. This past weekend we helped kick off Long Hill Little League.
Sports provide children with many benefits including physical exercise, fun, confidence, accountability, and a sense of self pride. Along with eating healthy it is important to get at least 60 minutes of exercise in a day to maintain a good health.
