Queso Dip
Cooking Time 15-20 Minutes; Yields 6-8 People
Ingredients
1 box velveeta cheese, cubed
1 bundle green onions, diced
1 bundle cilantro, diced
1 can rotel
1-2 splashes milk
2-3 handfuls cheddar cheese, shredded
Cooking Instructions
1. Place a sauce pan on medium low heat
2. Cube velveeta, chop green onions, chop cilantro
3. Add velveeta, green onions, cilantro, rotel, and a splash of milk into the sauce pan
4. Continue to stir so the cheese doesn’t burn
5. Once everything is melted stir in shredded cheddar cheese
6. Once melted add to your favorite serving bowl and serve with tortilla chips
7. Enjoy!!!
