Ingredients
1/2 head green cabbage, sliced
1/2 head purple cabbage, sliced
*** (about 4 cups total for both cabbage colors)
2/3 cup mayonnaise
1/3 cup sour cream
2 T apple cider vinegar
2 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp celery seed
1/2 – 1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 cup carrots, shredded
1. Wash and peel all vegetables
2. Half each cabbage heads and cut the tough core out from the center of the cabbage. Thinly slice the cabbage, making about 4 total cups of cabbage
3. Place cabbage into a large mixing bowl
4. Shred the carrots with a carrot peeler and add to the cabbage in your large mixing bowl
5. Add mayo, sour cream, cider vinegar, sugar, salt, pepper, celery seed into the carrot and cabbage mixture
6. If it seems to wet you can always add more cabbage to the mixture to make it to the texture you prefer
